This page explains how information submitted through our Academy website is used.
Information we collect
When you complete an admission enquiry, we ask for your name, WhatsApp/phone number, selected course and your contact permission. You can optionally add your location and learning background. We may also record the website/campaign link that brought you to the enquiry page.
Why we collect this information
Our coordinators use the details to respond to your chosen course, answer questions, assess learning pathway suitability and explain the Classplus payment and enrolment process. Sending an enquiry does not automatically create a Classplus account or charge a fee.
Form storage and authorised access
This website uses Netlify Forms to receive enquiries. Authorised Academy personnel can access enquiry submissions in the website administration system. Staff may manually add enquiries to the Academy’s internal admission-follow-up register. Information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, reasonable follow-up and lawful recordkeeping. Do not submit medical records, passwords or payment card details through this form.
Optional updates and contact choices
The form’s required consent authorises contact about your selected enquiry only. Updates about other Academy courses are optional and use a separate, unchecked opt-in. You may ask the Academy to stop contacting you or request correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to applicable obligations, by contacting our WhatsApp number below.
Analytics and Meta advertising
Google Analytics is used for basic website statistics. Meta Pixel is optional through the on-site tracking notice and may measure page views and interactions for advertising only when enabled. Advertisement campaign parameters can also accompany a submitted form to help the Academy understand which course advertisement led to an enquiry. Neither a form submission nor WhatsApp click proves that a course was purchased.
Classplus, WhatsApp and YouTube
Our coordinators may direct you to Classplus for registration, payment and learning access. WhatsApp communications and approved YouTube video previews use their respective providers. YouTube preview videos are loaded only after you choose to play one.
